What is a Domain Pack?

Status

Domain Packs are being proven inside the Banking vertical first and are not yet available as a standalone product.

A Domain Pack packages reusable workflow knowledge for regulated customer journeys:

The distinction that matters: a policy pack tells you what the rules are. A Domain Pack pairs customer journeys with executable assertions, evidence expectations and severity logic, so a finding can be traced back to what the agent actually did in a specific workflow.
