Privacy notice

What we collect, and what we don't

This notice covers this website. It does not cover a product deployment, which is governed by the agreement and data-processing terms for that engagement.

Who we are

DialogAssert operates dialogassert.ai. For any privacy question, or to have your data removed, write to privacy@dialogassert.ai and we will action it.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the session-request form:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your company and role
  • What kind of agent you are deploying, what it can access or do, and how you test releases today
  • Optionally, your agent platform, where your traces live, and a workflow you would like assessed

Alongside the submission we record the time it was received, the country your request came from, and your browser's user-agent string. These are used to detect automated abuse.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to prepare a working session that is actually about your situation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not send a newsletter, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and a notification is emailed to the DialogAssert team. Cloudflare acts as our processor for hosting, storage and email delivery.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to remove it sooner — in which case we will delete it and confirm.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Where traffic analytics are enabled they are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. Your colour-theme choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. Write toprivacy@dialogassert.ai. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. We will not retroactively apply a new purpose to data you already sent us.
